In order to access some features on CV Platforms, you may have to become a registered member by completing your profile through a Mobile App and complying with the registration requirements as prompted/indicated, which may be subject to change at CV’s discretion from time to time
You should provide true, accurate and complete registration information. As part of a registration process, you may be provided with a username (login, a unique user’s account name) and a password, and you will be responsible for all activities occurring under your username and for keeping your password secure.
At CV’s sole discretion the registration of a profile may be refused if that profile:
You agree to notify CV immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use CV websites, products and services.
CV websites, products and services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved beforehand by CV. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorised use of CV websites, products and services.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other CV users. CV reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.
CV shall not be responsible for any connection or access to CV websites, products and services by you, or the quality of the transmission of any information passing between you and the website. You will be responsible for providing your own communications equipment to access the CV websites, products and services via the Internet, and the Internet access charges thereon.
Access to CV websites, products and services is permitted on a non-permanent basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw, restrict or amend the service we provide on our sites without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

If CV terminates your registered user account, you must not create another registered user’s account without CV’s written permission.
CV, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, shall provide access to CV websites, products and services to the Registered User, so long as the Registered User is not in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
Throughout the Term the Registered User must comply with all reasonable and lawful directions that CV may issue in its discretion from time to time with respect to the use of and access to CV websites, products and services.
From time to time, CV may restrict access to some parts of CV properties, or all of CV properties, to Registered Users.

The U.S. courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site. If a Force Majeure event causing delay continues for more than thirty (30) days, CV may terminate this agreement by giving at least seven (7) days notice to you. “Force Majeure” means any act, circumstance or omission over which CV could not reasonably have exercised control.
The trademarks and logos used and displayed on our site are our registered and unregistered trademarks or those of others. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission or that of the owner(s) of the trade mark(s) in question.
